Hello. Thank you for sharing your photos. I wish I was responsible for FedEx and had control over the way they handle our packages.
It is your responsibility to package your shipments properly. A wooden support board should have been taped to the length of the aluminum nose piece.
The original shipment was damaged due to poor packaging.
I also wish shipping delays weren't a part of our everyday life due to COVID-19.
You told me 3 days - FedEx ground from Washington takes longer than 3 days. You did not expedite the shipment.
What I can do, and what I will continue to do is stand behind our products and offer you another replacement.
Kind of hard top up an awning without all the parts - So YES send me another nose piece.
I saw several email conversations between you and my customer service team. Simply reply to one of those if you decide you'd like to try again. It may take as much as 3-5 days for us to get to the email but we will make this right.
