Can I get assistance with my claim since it has been on tax application for 2 weeks and when I call SARS they responded by saying they did send the directive to Alex forbs the IRP5 was send on the 06/11/2024 regarding my claim so they can proceed , but when I check my AF Connect my status is still on tax application I call the call centre no one is picking up to assist It’s been too long now from the 18/09/2024 to 15/11/2024 I am in need of the funds am about to loose some of my belongings because I haven’t payed. Can I please get assistance in this matter
