I have been calling them only to be put on hold for more than 30 minutes, physically going to the offices, but nothing has been done. It is like the services are for free.Very disappointing.”
“My living annuity was recently transferred from Ouvest to AF. I requested an IT3a for 2024 tax year as nothing is available through their app or cannot be accessed by the call centre agents? Poor show for such a large Company. Ouvest sold me out and put me in a difficult position. Cannot finalize my tax returns 😒”

“I been trying for weeks now to get someone to assist me to connect my investment with AF onto their AFconnect. I have spend more then 6 hour hanging onto their various callcentre numbers. i wrote around 20 emails to all email adresse i could find. This is now going on for more then 2 weeks. Still no one are willing or knowing how to assist me

“I am not sure why companies bother to invest our hard earned money with this company. My first bad experience with this company was when I was moving employers and needed to take a portion from my provident fund. This company saw nothing wrong in me waiting longer than their stipulated time. I needed to make endless follow ups then to get my money. I am now dealing with the same level of uncaring and incompetence with the 2 pot claim. I have been waiting for my money since the 19th of September 24 and today it's the 16th of October 24. How do you explain the 21 days waiting period in that. You are the absolute worst as the company, it's as if no one cares about customers feelings of frustration and anxiety waiting for the unknown. The 2 pot was implemented to give Employees a reprieve to attend to pressing debt but through all the red tapes one jumps through to get this money through your company, you are as good as not existing.”
“Terrible service. Worst company to deal with. No customer service at all. I applied for the two pot system on 9 September and to date nothing. Whatsapp doesnt work, they dont respond to emails and there call centre is automated and just drops call with no assistance to the customer. I would give it zero staff if I could”
“Submitted my claim on the 9th of September its 15th October today and i get a massage saying my bank rejected payment into my acc. And i need to call that number that i have to hold for the whole day. Wow waited 6weeks for my money every one that claimed after me got their money. Now i have to write emails and calls that are never unswered. Im so depressed”

I placed all of my money with them, and they withheld it from me for three months. You will either be unable to withdraw or be asked to make increasingly larger payments.”
