I have booked a 4 day Isle of Wight tour. I needed to make some amendments to my booking. Tracey from Alfa Travel has been wonderful and patient with me and has tried her best to sort this out. Calls/emails to the company is immediately answered. I really liked their amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend them and I will be booking with them again.
