Tell us how alpha made us happy well was exactly the opposite we went to London was told we would be taken around the capital by a tour guide that never happened after booking this holiday our hotel was changed 3 times the holiday inn was in stevenage miles away the hotel was very clean and comfortable but the evening meals were disgusting the breakfast were very nice and the hotel staff were very friendly no issues with them just the evening service we were about over an hour away from the capital if not more we did not get what we were promised and paid for as a good will gesture they have offered us a measly 20 10 pound each insulated is the word they breached their contract failed to give us what they promised
