had two amazing hoildays with alfa one to weston super mare in june and again in cromer nolkfolk really lovely staff well stocked hotel clean bright excursions fabulous coach drivers andy and Brian could not been more helpful and friendly local pick up excellent food service rooms receptionists in both hotels incredible really go out the way to help. My fella who i regularly travel with have got a brain injury severe brain injury and damage that affects his speech memory and impediment balance etc alfa cant be more understanding and patient with him. Food really good plenty and with tea coffee hotels super clean and well maintained as well definitely would recommend and i have booked three more holidays with alfa blackpool jan 2024 cromer may 2024 and scotland oct 2024.
