Came back yesterday (16-8-2025) from a fantastic 7 days staying at the Metropole Hotel in Torquay. Beautiful hotel, lovely friendly staff and great well portioned meals. Our waitress, Shannon always greeted us with a smile, as did all the staff. Our excursions were very good too! Unfortunately we were unable to have an Alfa coach and driver for the full holiday, but Andy from Redwoods Travel, was a lovely chap. Before we left. we booked next year's holiday to the Isle of Wight, next August, (deposit paid with my £50 Bingo win) as a joint celebration for my 70th birthday (4th) and hubby's 75th (15th) the day we arrived.
