I bought a gift on Alibaba for my family. But they lied to me. Shipping and tracking and delivery have been a total failure. So because it was under guarantee I demanded a refund. But they refused and their decision was biased in favor of their business partners. No apology or acceptance of responsibility for their failure to deliver as promised. That is a poor business practice. Their whole system is corrupt. Their tracking system is a total failure, Shipment from Nederlands to South Africa is supposed to be 2 weeks, but 7 weeks have passed, and still no delivery. Did they lie about where the shipment is coming from? The contract stipulates express delivery. They have failed to deliver in the set time period. The guarantee demands compensation. But are they acting like thieves who cannot be trusted? Liars and deceivers. Their guarantee means nothing. They have no honor, no shame in doing bad business. Their word means nothing. Like chaff in the wind, it has no substance. They need to change.
