Disappointed ☹️ originally looked at Hereford 5 electric stove, £795 and the assistant said would give the flue and spigot for free. In the end went for a £1400 fire but was too big for the opening
So had to go for the smaller one which was £1200. I waited nearly a month to be refunded the difference of the cheaper fire and the flue/spigot. Had to call and chase my money and was told wouldn’t offer flue for free as was only on offer on the £799 fire. So I bought a far more expensive fire and had to pay for the flue!!!!
