I’ve been ordering from Alldaychemist for a while now. Up until October 2024, I never had an issue. Now my order is stuck in Germany. Tracking number no longer exists. Customer services provided me with two different answers within a couple of hours. Not sure what’s going on, but I have requested a full refund or in the alternative a reshipment with signed delivery. Will update when I receive an answer from them. As of now, I don’t recommend using this company. It seems as if the company doesn’t stand by the refund or reshipment policy they clearly state on the website. They need to either refund the money or send the product!
