So I started sending a check by mail for a couple of years, and now they refuse to accept that form of payment anymore, so I refuse to order from them”

“I’ve been ordering from Alldaychemist for a while now. Up until October 2024, I never had an issue. Now my order is stuck in Germany. Tracking number no longer exists. Customer services provided me with two different answers within a couple of hours. Not sure what’s going on, but I have requested a full refund or in the alternative a reshipment with signed delivery. Will update when I receive an answer from them. As of now, I don’t recommend using this company. It seems as if the company doesn’t stand by the refund or reshipment policy they clearly state on the website. They need to either refund the money or send the product!”
“All Day Chemist charged me twice for a product and would not give me a refund, then on another order I never received my order, there was no tracking and they would not refund me for that order either. They owe me almost $200 they won't pay back. I will never use them again. Go to a Canadian pharmacy. At least they have tracking and conduct their business honestly.

“Waited 2 weeks for shipping confirmation. Kept getting automated response to "wait 1-3 more days." Never got tracking. Then, got message saying due to "supply issues" your items are no longer available. Yet, the items ARE indeed available on their website for purchase.”
“Scammers. My delivery never came and they said they cannot do anything about it. They offered a refund that never came to my bank account despite dozens of emails. Their phone nr never works and when it does they say they will reply to email within 24 hours but they never do. Thieves !!”
