I ordered a pair of black shorts and received them on Jan 9th. I tried them on once and the size was too small and took it off immediately and put it back in the original packaging. I did not wear it outside or exercised in it at all. I promptly returned it that same day at a UPS store near me. I requested to exchange for a size up in same colour and style.
You sent me an email on Jan 17th saying my return was rejected due to piling and sent the package back to me. I sent back an email right away and no one has responded to me for 10 days now. I have taken photos of the shorts sent back to me and the condition is brand new, there is no piling. How can you expect your customers to not try it on when ordering online from you for the first time?
I am now stuck with a perfectly good pair of shorts that is useless to me because it is way too small for me. Your customer experience has been unreasonable, unprofessional, and non-existent. I will not be a returning customer and I will not recommend your brand to others.
