“If I could give 0 stars, I would!!! I was sent 4 items that all came dirty with someone's deodorant. We sent them back (had to pay $35 CAD to return them) with tags and they sent them back to us and said they would not take them since they were dirty. We explained that they came that way and they said "you can try to return them again but we are not paying for shipping, they need to be clean, and the 30 days ends today". HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH!! DO NOT ORDER!”
“I ordered 4 leggings from Alphalete UK. The total was £159.57 which converted into €194.32. I received a WhatsApp message stating I owed €90.64 customs. I assumed the message was a scam until the DHL driver rang me and explained. Therefore I paid €284.96 altogether. The custom charge was almost half of the total. I will never order from Alphalete again.”

“I am extremely disappointed with Alphalete’s return process. I simply wanted to exchange a pair of leggings for a larger size, but my return was rejected due to an alleged “odor.” When I received the item back, there was absolutely no smell—it was still brand new, exactly as I had sent it.
The entire return process was a hassle: slow, unreasonably strict, and not customer-friendly at all. There was no way to dispute their decision, leaving me stuck with an item that doesn’t fit. To make matters worse, this was supposed to be a surprise Valentine’s gift for my wife, and now it’s completely useless to us.
This experience has been beyond frustrating, and I will never order from this brand again. If you’re considering purchasing from Alphalete, be aware that their return policy is not in the customer’s favor, and exchanges are not as straightforward as they should be.”
“This company is a scam. I purchased leggings and a top for my wife as a gift. She didn’t like what I picked so I returned them for a refund the next day. New, in the original packages, unworn, with the original tags in place. They sent me half a refund. They are thieves.”
“I ordered a pair of black shorts and received them on Jan 9th. I tried them on once and the size was too small and took it off immediately and put it back in the original packaging. I did not wear it outside or exercised in it at all. I promptly returned it that same day at a UPS store near me. I requested to exchange for a size up in same colour and style.
You sent me an email on Jan 17th saying my return was rejected due to piling and sent the package back to me. I sent back an email right away and no one has responded to me for 10 days now. I have taken photos of the shorts sent back to me and the condition is brand new, there is no piling. How can you expect your customers to not try it on when ordering online from you for the first time?
I am now stuck with a perfectly good pair of shorts that is useless to me because it is way too small for me. Your customer experience has been unreasonable, unprofessional, and non-existent. I will not be a returning customer and I will not recommend your brand to others.”

“LOVE their shorts I have 7 pairs. Just bought 2 of the the mesh tanks thinking they were lined with the bando as showed in the picture. They are not. It’s a see-through tank like they would give you in the third grade to play teams”
