I ordered a pair of black shorts and received them on Jan 9th. I tried them on once and the size was too small and took it off immediately and put it back in the original packaging. I did not wear it outside or exercised in it at all. I promptly returned it that same day at a UPS store near me. I requested to exchange for a size up in same colour and style. You sent me an email on Jan 17th saying my return was rejected due to piling and sent the package back to me. I sent back an email right away and no one has responded to me for 10 days now. I have taken photos of the shorts sent back to me and the condition is brand new, there is no piling. How can you expect your customers to not try it on when ordering online from you for the first time? I am now stuck with a perfectly good pair of shorts that is useless to me because it is way too small for me. Your customer experience has been unreasonable, unprofessional, and non-existent. I will not be a returning customer and I will not recommend your brand to others.

Never shipped my black Friday order. Took weeks for customer service to respond. All they said was it probably got lost on the way out of the warehouse. No accountability and I wouldn't have even gotten my money back if I hadn't hounded them for weeks.

I placed my order Nov 30th, didn’t get it until Dec 28. Had order 10 items , but only received 7 items because it was so late that a couple Of my items for all sold out . Terrible customer service. I had reach out through emails 3-4 times. At first is was give us 3-5 business days Then 10 business days , then went quite !

YOU TOOK MY $ on DEC 1st . NO ITEMS DELIVERED!!! ONE EMAIL CONFIRMING MY COMPLAINT AND THEN NOTHING!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES FOR BEING A GREEDY MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY WITH ZERO COSTUMER SERVICE!!!! HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS TO THE BBB.. Ordered dec 2nd and it is now the 19th of dec, no confirmations email so i emailed and asked where it wa and no response i am now currently on my 5th EMAIL. ZERO RESPONE TO ANY OF THEM. absolute scam this company is so fraudulent its comical

Their customer service and shipping sucks. I ordered my items 16 days ago and the status is "unfulfilled". I contacted support and haven't heard back yet.

I will never order from this company again!!! I placed my order over two weeks ago, status still shows “preparing shipment” That status has not changed in two weeks! I’ve submitted a request for an update 3 times and have not revised a response. My third request is to cancel my whole order, still no response.

What didn’t go wrong. Placed an order on 12/1/24. Received a confirmation email. After no further updates attempted calling customer service… couldn’t even find my order. Called another number and got a recorded message saying no one was available. Should have known when I got a fraud alert from my credit union that something was wrong.

Horrible experience. Took my money, no confirmation email. I screen shotted the order number at purchase and 17 days later, no response to my emails, number is disconnected, and order just says order placed. Scam company.

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t even been processed. I’ve tried contacting the company but can’t get a hold of anyone. I’m regretting my order and am considering just canceling the whole thing. This is my first time ordering from this company and I’m super disappointed. How do I get in touch with them?

LOVE their shorts I have 7 pairs. Just bought 2 of the the mesh tanks thinking they were lined with the bando as showed in the picture. They are not. It’s a see-through tank like they would give you in the third grade to play teams

Worst quality for such an overpriced piece of cloth. I’ve never felt so ripped off and reading the rest of the comments stating the same makes me feel dumb for not doing my research before purchasing.

Was shocked that not only did they arrive way too big besides the website saying to size up (between sizes.. I have been wearing large but fitting medium in some leggings… bought LARGE leggings and they are like a full size larger than lululemon/gymshark in similar sizes) all that aside… terrible quality. Arguably worse than gymshark for almost lululemon pricing. On top of that… they do not offer free exchanges or returns. I unfortunately missed that part of their policies and just had to pay 20$CAD to send them back for a refund. So thats 40$CAD spent on air (shipping to me and back to them) I will update if they give me grief about a refund like others have mentioned. The pants were in the house for all of 12 hours and only out of the bag for maybe 5 minutes. So if they claim dirty/damaged I will likely do a creditcard charge back. Absolutely unbelievable that such a well known company has such terrible quality and return policies. With my 40$ in shipping I could have got a pair of gymshark leggings that are actually good clothes.

Horrible experience. I gave them a try because I saw people wearing their gear at the gym. Clothing stains very easily and when I tried to process a return I really found out what type of company I was dealing with. Come to find out they have a 20 business day turn around for a return/exchange. I ordered a size that was too large and simply wanted to swap it out with a smaller size. After several emails back and forth with there returns I had to accept 20 business day turn around. Then after the 20 days I get an email that they are rejecting my claim because the tag was removed and sending my original item back. I will never buy another product, buy and before my friends!!!

Multimillion dollar company and could not replace damaged leggings I got for Christmas. Got a pair of amplify contour leggings for Christmas 2023, this item started pilling in the thigh and butt area. The leggings got a hole in them in one of the butt's area. I emailed the company (April 2024) and they are past the 90 day warranty so they could not help. Why are they charging $74 USD ($100 Can for me) for a pair of pants that only lasted me 4 months? I ordered myself a couple pair of leggings in February during their birthday sale, and they too are getting pilling on them!! I am not buying from them again.
