“Was shocked that not only did they arrive way too big besides the website saying to size up (between sizes.. I have been wearing large but fitting medium in some leggings… bought LARGE leggings and they are like a full size larger than lululemon/gymshark in similar sizes) all that aside… terrible quality. Arguably worse than gymshark for almost lululemon pricing.
On top of that… they do not offer free exchanges or returns. I unfortunately missed that part of their policies and just had to pay 20$CAD to send them back for a refund. So thats 40$CAD spent on air (shipping to me and back to them)
I will update if they give me grief about a refund like others have mentioned. The pants were in the house for all of 12 hours and only out of the bag for maybe 5 minutes. So if they claim dirty/damaged I will likely do a creditcard charge back. Absolutely unbelievable that such a well known company has such terrible quality and return policies. With my 40$ in shipping I could have got a pair of gymshark leggings that are actually good clothes.”
“Horrible experience. I gave them a try because I saw people wearing their gear at the gym. Clothing stains very easily and when I tried to process a return I really found out what type of company I was dealing with. Come to find out they have a 20 business day turn around for a return/exchange. I ordered a size that was too large and simply wanted to swap it out with a smaller size. After several emails back and forth with there returns I had to accept 20 business day turn around. Then after the 20 days I get an email that they are rejecting my claim because the tag was removed and sending my original item back. I will never buy another product, buy and before my friends!!!”
“Multimillion dollar company and could not replace damaged leggings I got for Christmas.
Got a pair of amplify contour leggings for Christmas 2023, this item started pilling in the thigh and butt area. The leggings got a hole in them in one of the butt's area. I emailed the company (April 2024) and they are past the 90 day warranty so they could not help.
Why are they charging $74 USD ($100 Can for me) for a pair of pants that only lasted me 4 months?
I ordered myself a couple pair of leggings in February during their birthday sale, and they too are getting pilling on them!! I am not buying from them again.”
“I have purchased many alphalete leggings. My newest pair, the butt scrunch busted. I did not wear these pair as much as the other pairs I own. I contacted customer service in hopes for just a replacement. They sent me a e gift card for 1/2 the price
of my leggings.
I was outside of the 90 day warranty by 20 days to be fair, but also you’re charging top dollar for these leggings. They should last longer than 3 months….. Customer service was speedy and pleasant but I wish they were a little more forgiving. I’m very sad to have to leave as a customer but there’s too many similar products in the market to have such expensive price tags for unpredictable quality. Had they replaced them, I would have considered more purchases in the future.
Just glad these didn’t pop mid deadlift or squat.”

Ordered their Black Friday sale & they never shipped an item. Months later I wrote them and they were like “my bad, here’s a 15% off coupon and we’ll refund you the item” - like they would never have even refunded me if I didn’t tell them months later.
The item I bought was like 70% off so why would I use a 15% off code to replace it? And only got more items bc I wanted free shipping & the one item meant a lot to me so I figure why not?
Swore I would never use them again but then they got me with their anniversary sale. Same exact thing happened. I noticed and wrote them early and they offered another generic response and 15% off.
Don’t bother shopping with them. You never know if you’ll actually get what you order & they won’t notify you if your items are out of stock.
Honestly the worst customer service I’ve had in awhile… which is weird, given they’re an online only store?
Imagine if they can’t get their inventory and customer service issues under control they won’t be around long. I’m seeing lots of people trashing them for the same problem”
“I bought a bunch of items during Black Friday. Maybe 8 items or so. The shirts didn't fit and the sandals were very uncomfortable. I never took off the tags, put everything back in the original packaging, and requested an exchange within 24 hours. I never expected to get such a hard time under these circumstances. They will not do anything at all. I've been fighting with them for 2 months. An online retailer that won't do size exchanges? Even in the original packing with tags attached? Total trash company. Shop at Legends instead. Better clothes and better service.”

“I read their return policy before ordering because of size issues between different brands. I submitted my order during their Black Friday sale and double checked that I did not order anything that was not returnable. So I placed my order and when I got it, I tried on the joggers. Way too big. I went to start an order for exchange, and I was told by their customer service that my item is non-returnable. I will not be supporting this brand anymore. With so many others out there that have better return policy’s.”

“Don't buy from @alphalete before reading reviews on the Better Business Bureau! They're horrible about exchanges, especially when you agree to have your replacement shipped before they get the returned item! This is a gimmick so they can reject your return and stick you with DOUBLE the charge. I ordered bras from them in several different sizes and styles and none of them fit well. I tried to exchange the Trinity Bra because the medium is huge, despite always wearing a consistent small in tops, bottoms and sweats from them. The other two bras fit okay in medium, but this one was awful. I agreed to have the replacement shipped prior to them receiving the return (the disclaimer is if they don't get it in 14 days, they'll charge you) but the funny thing is that they still haven't shipped the new product AND they received my return. This is where it gets annoying. They refused my return, claiming the bra has deodorant but it's actually just the color variations in the Ocean color bra material! This is the 2nd bra in the same color, and when I received it, I also thought it had deodorant. Upon closer inspection, however, I realized it was just the fabric. Now, I'm going to be stuck with two bras in the Ocean color that don't fit. No thanks, Alphalete. YOU GUYS SUCK!”
