I ordered an item from amazon.ae and I received something completely different: different design, material, functionality, quality, color, finishing. It was a disaster. I asked amazon to either send me the right product or refund me in the same way I paid but they refused. I paid in COD and got charged extra 10 AED because I don't have a bank account, how can I be refunded without a bank account.
total Fraud, never ever buying anything again from them.
The customer service did not even take accountability for the wrong item that was sent to me and was not sorry for anything.
Fraud and unethical behavior.
