Worst experience ever. I ordered 2 items, paid by card.
The next day their mobile app showed that the parcel was delivered, but I couldn’t find it anywhere, either under the door, or in the building. I reached to Amazon support and that advised me that my order was LOST. WTF, why are you lying to your buyers saying that the order was delivered, when it definitely wasn’t.
Another thing is that they do not provide you with invoices – you just cannot download than from mobile app, an error appears.
It was my first Amazon order ever and I will NEVER buy anything from it again. Guys, we live in 2k22, where the buyer shall AT LEAST have the COURIER TELEPHONE NUMBER and an option to SPECIFY THEIR APARTMENT for the purposes of delivery. 0 out of 10, pure disappointment. Would not recommend to anyone.
