Basically, my gripe is related to Amazon’s third party vendors. When you have a bad experience with one of them, (and you will...), Amazon washes their hands and leaves you dangling. “Yes, you have gone past the predetermined availability date for a refund, you need to deal directly with the vendor...”. While still within the window of possibility for a refund, the rules of Amazon state that if your shipment is delayed you still need to deal directly with the vendor. I did that, and the vendor just strung out the delivery date by saying COVID is delaying deliveries. They then ignore you until it’s too late, after which Amazon abandons you. And to top it all off, when you try to warn people about this thieving third party vendor, Amazon refuses to publish the review. Thereafter, there is absolutely no recourse.
The third party vendor is tphui on Amazon. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!
