Product was fine my problem is with the Amazon. total lack of customer service. I tried to contact them and instead I was driven in circles around the website and never got that info. I’ve ordered the same item 20+ times from Amazon Canada and it is ALWAYS been delivered to my apartment door. It comes in a very large box and weighs about 40 lbs.I made sure I would be home when they delivered as I am unable to lift it. The delivery person buzzed my apartment and I let them in but they never came to my unit. I found the box sitting downstairs inside the lobby door of the building.
