Let me be clear...I love Amazon.ca, but since they began using Intelcom Courier Canada, it's horrific. Why would Amazon Canada use a courier company that has the worst ratings across the internet. Even though Intelcom isn't a BBB member, they have an "F" rating with reports all citing the same issues I have had with them. Packages getting "lost", being delivered to the wrong address, packages literally being thrown at the house by the driver. I've had 5 packages consecutively "disappear" thanks to Intelcom. They refuse to take any responsibility and their customer service is non-existent.
While I greatly appreciate the convenience and range of product that Amazon Canada carries. However, as an Amazon Prime member, I am not getting the service that I expect. I understand completely that recent weather conditions in BC have effected deliveries, but I expect the courier to update this. I have no trouble waiting, but I need to know my package hasn't vanished into oblivion.
I have given Amazon considerable feedback, & have been given assurances that they will work to ensure that Intelcom isn't the courier used for future purchases, but they are listed as the courier for my next 3 deliveries. Not a happy bunny. 🤬
