I didn't receive my parcel, but on my account it claims that it was delivered on Monday 27/2021 .This is very upsetting since it was special items to be received as gifts by December 2ed. Amazon service guaranteed that it will be delivered by December 2ed.
Today, I spent with the Amazon customer service almost an hour on the phone with the only thing that was done it is just a refund. When I asked about the compensation the offer was $5 Amazon credit, maximum $20 that I am not able to use since the products that I need do not fullfiled by Amazon. Thus, only disappointings not only about the parcel that I didn't receive ,but also about the Amazon customer service that doesn't care about customers at all:((((
