Amazon has changed their shipping practice and now has resorted to shipping products without any packaging as if you bought it off the store shelf and then said package item gets thrown on your veranda even if it's a small item or food item. No care or concern here when you complain! They blame it on trying to reduce their carbon footprint when actual fact they're just cheaping out. Is what customers don't know is that they build in packaging and shipping into the cost of the products that you buy. They send somebody else a third party company to pick up a return when you're not able to return it yourself and when that third party screws up they say they're not responsible for it and they won't talk to you anymore about it. so it's up to you to deal with that third party they won't accept a complaint about them nor take any further action on it despite the fact that they hire them and their their customer not you. This has happened many times to me over the coming past months and I'm fed up with it so as a result Amazon has lost my business I will shop elsewhere!! I do not recommend them they've gotten worse over the recent. Of time there is no customer service!!!
