I ordered an AC, a family member told me about 2hrs later it would not work in my type of window. So I immediately tried to cancel it. About 2hrs after that I got a email, saying they couldn't cancel it and gave me two options. One was to refuse it when the Deliver came. The next day I got the email saying it had been shipped. When it came I refused it. Checked my Amazon account later that day, there was a note.. 'Canceled' and that UPS was returning it to them. Next day UPS site said delivered to sender and gave the name of the guy at Amazon, who signed for it. My Amazon account now however said 'Delivered' and underneath that was my address. I have been trying to get my refund ...and now 10 days later they say they still have to wait for UPS to deliver it to them. While talking to them they continuously kept telling to wait, they would be back. One even told me I would be getting my refund and if I chose to put it on gift card it would be in 2-3 hrs...that was yesterday....still nothing. Today the guy just ended the call, while I was typing...mid conversation. I spoke as calmly as I am know...didn't even swear. Been a customer with them for a very long time. Four people, 4 accounts, 1 of them is Prime, 2 of those accounts buy monthly and this is the way good customers are treated. I for one will not be buying anything big from them again....if I buy at all... Temu is looking good...2 here have ordered from them, Great customer service, The products have been just as good as Amazon at about half the cost.
