Amazon wants clients to talk to a computer ( not happening ). The client services employees are not trained to deal reasonably with clients concerns. There is no consistency at all within employees. They can barely understand and communicate but all have the same boloney answers and the only consistent part of dealing with Amazon. Amazon have specialists that have no better answers than the regular client services employees and never can do any better to resolve any issue. No one at Amazon is accountable for anything. Just the same repetitive boloney answers to any problems with any orders. Shipping for prime clients does not mean it will be delivered to your address , just a bunch of garbage. The end of this client services employ very rarely help to resolve most situations. But amazon just keeps moving forward but very rarely accountable for their really really bad service while clients pay a premium to be an Amazon prime client.
