I had REQUESTED packages to be delivered to the tenant. I would not have requested this had I or my husband not been home. The delivery driver DID NOT KNOCK! I was barely able to hear some rustling at the door of the apartment, went to check and there the packages were.
This is UNACCEPTABLE.
