I returned a vacuum (order #702-6793663-5420233) on November 23rd by UPS (Label provided by Amazon)
UPS then lost it, so I initiated a investigation, the item was found and delivered on December 3rd, I was told to call back on December 7th and they would issue the refund. When I called on the 7th, I was told I would have to wait till the 24th.
I don't like being mislead. This item was sent back exactly as I received it, and likely already resold. But you seem to think it's ok to hold my funds.
