I waste my time putting the order through, then I get a message saying that I will receive my package within two days because I am a Amazon Prime Member.
Then from there on, I get about 5 messages stating a different delivery date.......then finally after weeks or months, I have to call Amazon to find out where my package is, then have their customer support person tell me, that it got lost somewhere.
What crappy customer service is this. I am getting totally turned off in shopping with Amazon.ca.
Believe me folks, this kind of bad service happened to me many times. If I earned a penny for every, "sorry", then I would be rich
