I have been an Amazon Prime member for many years and have always been a loyal customer. Living in Montreal, Quebec, I purchase nearly everything from Amazon and have always spoken highly of its service. Until recently, I never had a complaint.
However, everything has changed in the past six weeks. I understand that Amazon has closed its delivery centers in Quebec, and the third-party delivery service now being used (Intelcom) is simply terrible. Every single order is either delayed by 4–5 days—despite showing next-day delivery—or never arrives at all. Instead, I receive a message saying, “Sorry, cannot be delivered, call for a reimbursement.” This is completely unacceptable.
