I had a very bad experience with Amazon.ca. I placed my order on the 1st of March 2020 and cancelled it within an hour the same day. I attached the photo. The order was shipped by the Seller on the 2nd of March 2020 anyway. I had to ship it back which cost me 30.00$. Moreover the Seller charged me 20% of restocking fees. I contacted A-Z Guarantee, explaining my situation and they refused to refund me these 20% of restocking fees (46.97$). The explanation is ridiculous:Buyers can cancel an order themselves within 30 minutes of placing the order. If this time has passed, a buyer must contact the seller and request that the seller cancel the order. However, if it is shipped, a return process must be followed. Sellers can deduct restocking fees applicable to this type of returns. So when you place an order, it doesn't state clearly how much time you have to be able to cancel your order. My bad luck! I cancelled it 30 minutes more later. Dear future customers, make your full research before placing your order! I hope my comment will be helpful to other customers so it won't be a trap for them. Personally, I'm done with Amazon.ca. Working in a customer service myself, I can say loud that this IS NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE.
