If there was a zero, that's what Amazon.ca deserves.
Many items missing, no transparency where products are coming from. Some are coming from China, others from the US or somewhere in Europe.
I've been waiting for iver a month for several products. Asked to cancel and refund. No reply. They make it impossible to talk to them directly. The site just keeps re-directing you to automated faqs. Frustrating vicious cycle.
No phone number or email that we can reach.
This is just plain dishonest. Reporting to the BBB and consumer protection is the only way left now.
