They were good about few years back, now they are really bad with incorrect ratings and horrible customer service. To maximize profits they have been cutting corners and also compromising on quality. They don't care about their customers even if you report a issue they will assure it will be fixed but nothing really changes. Good bye Amazon moving to Flipkart.
