“My parcel is still not delivered and they r changing days by email ...I m really frustrated..at 7 pm they call me to ask my address and next day they changed my delivery date ....really disappointed..I want to give minus zero star if possible....”

“I am an Amazon prime member from last few years in 2 countries (India $ US). I have placed an order on Amazon.in (order number: 407-7784428-8405169) which was rudely cancelled by courier man (maybe it is heavy). Then I ordered another item on 31 mar which suppose to receive by 2nd April. However it is not delivered yet and getting rescheduled on every day with new OTP. It is very frustrating especially for prime member, I think I wasted my money in prime membership.”

“I had a highly disappointing experience with a lady from Amazon's Specialist team today. Her approach was unhelpful, and at times, even rude, making the resolution process frustrating. Amazon seems to have little control over its vendors and the quality of products they deliver. Over the past six months, I have had to return multiple laptops and extended warranty purchased for the laptops due to various issues. This has caused unnecessary hassle and inconvenience. I ordered a laptop for one of our offices three times, returned it twice and the third order has been delivered with an unlicensed version of MS Office!!! I sincerely hope Amazon takes serious measures to improve vendor accountability and enhance customer experience. Thank you.”

“The item never reached to me. The delivery person always lied about that I’m not picking up the phone which is not true. I waited for the item and finally I have to ask for refund. Amazon said that the refund me my the refund hasn’t reach me yet since November. Amazon from India are Huge liar. They don’t even care about you. Few days ago I bought an item in eBay and ask for refund and the same was refunded me in less than two hours. That means is not my Bank problem but Amazon India problem. Perhaps I’ll never receive that amount. Amazon India you are unprofessional and liars. Give me my money back”

“Amazon India is not Amazon anymore... The behaviour of staff is drastically changed from customer centric to ignorance and non co-operation with customers issue and concerns. The refund period is changed. It's no more 24*7. They have office hours like government office does. I tried connecting with live agent on 19th Jan 2025 at 6am. Where the computer said No Agent is Available at this time and give an options for 1) try back later, 2) Never mind and a few more, Sorry!!! I couldnt take the screen shot of that. But I will upload what I took just for a proof. SAY NO TO AMAZON.”

“Looks like amazon has its tummy full with business in india. The service quality is pathetic these days. The agents throw the packages to any house they feel like giving, all the more amazon's customer support is becoming worst... They say we will call you back in certain time for resolution, and never call back. Also if someone wants to buy all OLD products paying only a little less than the cost of new product, then definitely buy from Amazon. Because amazon has become expert in selling all old products to customers( mostly damaged ) and then vanish after selling., typical sales man disease!!!! I have the call recordings of the pathetic service of amazon. If anyone from Amazon is reading this review call me back.”

“nowdays it is becoming a pattern for amazon without delivering thecoroduct but you will bget uodatebsaying that it has been delivered . Thrice it happened to me . When complaint lodged in app it will be say check with security with neighbouring countries . After that you will not get any feedback from Amazon . Money gone . Cheating . When asked axdelivery agent he said they are not getting paid . Therefore they sell the item and take their salary .”

“I had the worst delivery experience with Amazon. The delivery person asked me to pick up the package from the city, saying, 'We don’t deliver to villages. Either cancel the order or collect it from the city.' I have never experienced such an issue with Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Zepto, Big Basket, or any other service. This is the only one.”
