Worst experince with Amazon.in I ordered a mobile 3 times but always returned my order by delievery agent. It has more than worst services.

Amazon is of no help to customers in context of return policies. They simply disown it saying the seller has initiated the refund through cheque but it might take more than 13 days for refund and they cannot help on it.Swati Jain

Extremely bad experience with amazon.in, delivered damaged trolley bag. And after continuous followup and being on phone with them every day,for almost a week today they are telling that they need to just file an investigation which will take four days. All these days I called, nobody thought of filing the investigation. I was promised that if the product was not picked up by the 14th of November, I would be issued an advance refund, but today when I talked with one of their leaders, they denied it in a very rude manner. I was visiting India for a short time and ordered the bags, now I am ready to go back but Amazon has failed to pick up the damaged product and also failed to refund me my money. Talking to the leadership and management team was an absolute waste of time. This is very sad that a company like Amazon is handling their customers so poorly. I am absolutely disappointed with their services and not sure once I leave India how I am going to get my money back for their damaged product. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE services and would not recommend amazon.in to anyone.

Impossible to reach customer service. Designed to tire you out. In the past month I have been cheated at least 10 times by their delivery agents but no action was taken. Today, two items were supposed to be delivered but only one was delivered without packing and the invoice torn. I asked about the other one and he said there is only one and sped away on his bike. Immediately I received a message that two items from my order have been delivered. When contacted, their answering machine insists that their records show that the item has been delivered. What an insult to the customer. Two days ago I received a message that my order could not be delivered because the recipient refused to accept it. After a great deal of effort I managed to contact Customer service and was told that the package had been damaged so they did not deliver. Then why put the blame on the customer. While such occurrences were rare earlier, now I am surprised when I receive an undamaged package. The claim that Prime members get same day delivery and make unrealistic delivery dates, which they are unable to fulfil and then their delivery agents make up such stories where the customer is blamed. At least they should make customer service easy to access. I used to be a regular customer but not now. Others are far better and deliver within 10 minutes without any damage.

Delivered items were came in totally damaged boxes and products were spilled all over in the box plus the seal was taken off and bleach was took off and filled with water. There is no smell of bleach.Same thing happened with Harpic.

Amazon send the damaged product and not picking up the return. They reschedule it 5 times in a month by saying pickup is not ready but truth is that product is always ready from 1st day of return generated in the end they said investigation declined but there is no reason why they are not picking up the refrigerator.

Amazon India has proved to be a big scam. My order of iphone13 , order placed on 12th Oct’24 with a paid next delivery but it wasn’t delivered till 16th Oct ‘24. There was neither any information from Amazon reg the delivery, on repeated follow ups over chat /call only thing they did was apologising and gave false assurances. I cancelled the order on 16th Oct’24. They held my money for 7days and then refunded. Horrible experience with Amazon. Be aware of their traps and false promises, never trust with prepaid order or paid deliveries. Moreover, no security in buying expensive product as they don’t have open box delivery also. BE AWARE

I have been an Amazon Prime member & a prolific shopper for many years. Previously, the Returns process on Amazon.in was smooth & efficient. Of late, returns are being rejected & not being picked up by Amazon carriers for no valid reason. It happened to me 4 times in the last couple of months & I had to call up Customer Service for assistance. I have now decided to shop local as far as possible & not renew my Prime membership, going forward. Amazon, you have lost a loyal customer.

They closed suddenly without notice while there's balance of 80000 dollars ! Now they don't allow trading or more than that, asking me to open a new account !! What about my money !!! I am currently working with ''wikihelpdesks﹫gmaℹ️l .com " for assistance to help get my funds back

I have been a customer of Amazon India for quite a few years now. I live abroad and usually place orders before my arrival. My delivery destination is Panaji-Goa. In the past, I have had a couple of problems with deliveries which were reported to your customer service and refund issued but they were minor compared to other one I just had to go through. I have had a very nasty experience with your service for the orders I placed in August and September of 2024. Following are the dates with order amounts: 10/08/24 – Rs 3,793.35 26/08/24 – Rs 5,645.00 02/09/24 – Rs 19,382.00 06/09/24 – Rs 3,149.25 Just so you know, this totals to Rs 31,969.60 of which I received a refund of Rs 18,037. This amounts to a staggering 56%. Only one order of Rs 2,450 was a result of Seller not being able to source the product I ordered while the rest of them were because the final delivery could not be made. This puts down the Refund % due to Amazon Initiated Returns at 53%. All of the refunds are shown as RETURNS by Customer while in reality it is because your staff was not able to make the final delivery. I was in constant touch with your customer service and each time they told me that the item has been damaged during shipment. I don’t think this is true because your excellent tracking system shows the item was received at final distribution location in PANAJI-GOA. I cant believe that someone in customer service hasn’t noticed that 53% of my orders were as a result of Returns Initiated by Amazon. With so many of my orders being returned by your delivery staff, I feel that I was being selectively targeted. I don’t know anyone who works at Amazon India, let alone at the distribution center in Panaji-Goa so I cannot understand why I was being targeted. Regards

Amazon used to be my favorite app to order from, not just because of the products, but also because of the app design, delivery process, and customer service. However, it has been getting worse day by day. Delivery personnel now drop off your product with anyone in your society without informing or calling you, and sometimes they mark it as delivered without actually delivering the product. When you call customer service, they offer countless excuses, such as “We are just a platform, the delivery team is separate,” or “It was done by mistake,” or “It happened automatically”—endless, nonsensical excuses. Now, they’ve even started threatening to escalate the conversation, though it’s unclear to whom. After paying for a product, we expect a smooth transaction, but instead, we get delayed deliveries, poor communication, and rude customer service that gives threats. Amazon seems to have forgotten that it’s the customers who keep the app going.

The delivery agents are so horrible to deliver the product at door steps . In a day if there is a 5 order I have to step down 5 times which is not ok - once twice I can understand but every delivery urgent doesn't want to climb the foot stairs! @amazonindia please work on this accepts.

I ordered one kurta set in Amazon , but I didn't received my order still now , the delivery partner called me and get the otp and he said like I was standing in front of the location only and he get the otp with me, but I was not there I believed his words that he was standing in front of the location only, after that I didn't received my order and so i called to the Amazon executives there was no proper response and no follow up worst service.

Pathetic experience is the least that I can say about the recent experience that I had with Amazon India. One of my Order was cancelled by Amazon and when I complained about same, their representative told that I can reorder the product and get the difference amount. Trusting him I ended up buying a costly product and afterwards I had to call multiple times asking about the refund for the difference amount and everytime they said that they have already initiated the refund and should receive in 4 hours which never came. After few days of enquiry, they said they cant refund the difference amount although the same was confirmed by multiple representatives through call, chat as well as through email. Still they cant do anything. Literally they made me fool and looted my money.

The worst shopping experience from Amazon India. I will never buy from this site and it's a warning for others too. I placed 6 items on order for phone accessories and two of my items are wrong orders and one overpriced!!! I paid 8000+ for phone cover for A24 ultra and checking the product once it reaches me, the inside cover says patent pending, what a fraud?!!!!! There's an algorithm that works with this site that plays with the price as we browse on their items. What a scamming site, will never come back here again, lots of hatred from Bhutan for this site. Shameless

I placed an order for a set of Sony ear buds for my wife and myself each and cost about INR40 000, the payment deducted from my card, only to have the order cancelled by Amazon. So as a first time buyer of anything from Amazon anywhere in the world, and as new customer, I selected the Prime product to expedite delivery for r399.00. The Prime “purchase” went through just fine though! I contacted the call center and they apologized for the inconvenience and requested me to place the order again. So they debited my account again with just over INR40 000.00, and the order was immediately cancelled by Amazon. So I contacted the call center again, only to be told they cancelled my order because “I have had too many returns”! Can you imagine that, having never dealt with Amazon in my life before being told that! I asked what items have I returned, but all I get is “ the Amazon team” says that you have had too many returns! How could I have had too many returns if I have never dealt with Amazon in my life before! So nearly a month later I am still a Prime member ( they were happy to take my money for that) but refuse to sell me anything! I wish I could get my money back for the Prime waste of time and just walk away from Amazon and never go near them again.

I got relief after been duped of about 555,000$ by money laundering fraudsters, kept me in traumatized but as God never fails.
