Amazon India in 2026.now has the policy to avoid refunding customer by stalling the process repeatedly. Been over 2 weeks already and now they say I have to wait 8 more days and when the time arrive they find another excuse to postpone the process again. I wasted hours on the phone. Massively dissatisfied and I will definitely avoid using Amazon India again.

Me amazon varun ek book order kel hot te delivery boy ne delivery n deta delivered asa msg kela. Even me call karun check kell product received zal ka tr nhavat zal CCTV camera pn check kela . Jar product delivered nhi kell tr msg ka aala? Plus avdi mothi company OTP system follow nahi karat he ajab ch ahe. Aata paryant flipkart varun ha problem kadhi ch face nhavata kela. Aata full life time madhe amazon varun order nhi karnar. Majha totally one day waste hot aahe . office work sodun hech kartey. To bad service by Amazon. It's todays incident.

Amazon has changed lot of rules and policies with respect to returns. Please be cautious while purchasing any products and go through refund or return policy before the purchase. Recently, I bought a third-party battery for my Canon camera and unfortunately, I bought it without checking clearly about the compatibility and all but believe me the product description and pictures were so confusing, I had no option other than buying it and see it physically. There was a small difference in the model of the camera due to which the battery did not fit into the camera. The simply denied returning it even though I told them that I would purchase a different one from the same company for a different model, but they refused. In fact, later I checked in the website that the particular model of the battery was not available at all. I had then purchase it from a different website with the proper compatibility and transparent pictures and model description.

Amazon’s delivery service has become extremely disappointing. I ordered a set of pillows, and the tracking status falsely showed “delivered and handed over to resident,” even though I never received the package. After contacting customer support, the item was reordered on my behalf, but the exact same issue happened again — the order was marked as delivered, yet nothing was received. This level of service is unacceptable and highly frustrating. I never expected such poor delivery management from Amazon. Very disappointed.

One of the worst companies to order the appliances from. There third party sellers send me to Amazon and Amazon send me to the third party. I bought an Air conditioner and it was defected. Upon installation, the installation team said it’s defected. But no response from Either the brand or Amazon. I am stuck with the AC at home after paying full price

For the first time i had a horrible experience ad understand how Amazon makes money un ethically. Order no 405-7473492-3115536 and 405-0064356-1985164 were schduled to be delivered but did not happen until 10.45 pm. When called a number shared by them 914461767444 informing pin no 4052 at 9.25PM the delivery man said that it will take 25 mts but never came despite me waiting near gate. Much to my surprise they mention item handed over which has not been done till date. The customer service is THE WORST to respond and their chat understand a language or query where nobody cam question. INR 726 lost and only stress. I don't know how many such amt being swindled every day from others in India. Now they will claim that my phone is not accessible as i am travelling abroad and wont communicate on what's app. ITS TIME PEOPLE IN INDIA REALISE THAT AMAZON IS NO MORE TRUST WORTHY.

Absolutely terrible experience with Amazon India, and this is coming from a former Amazon Prime customer. I ordered pillow covers on 29th March and received cheap, completely unrelated towels. Fine—mistakes happen. I requested a replacement. What did Amazon do? Sent an even worse item (a blanket) on 31st March, which I refused to accept. Then began the real nightmare. I requested a refund the same day. The wrong item was picked up on 2nd April, and I was told to wait until 15th April. After waiting patiently, I followed up on 20th April, only to be told that my refund was denied because the “wrong item was returned.” Let that sink in—Amazon sends the wrong product, and then blames the customer for returning the wrong item. Even after multiple calls, the response was the same scripted delay: “wait 4–5 more days.” No accountability, no urgency, no ownership of their mistake. Customer support was equally frustrating—rather than resolving the issue, they focused on repeating policies and delaying action. It felt like the burden was being pushed onto me for an error that was entirely Amazon’s. For a company that promotes itself as customer-centric, this experience was shockingly poor. I’ve now cancelled my Prime membership and closed my account, and I won’t be using Amazon again.

Good I opened the package and rejected the delivery. As it is a non returnable item. It took a long time to deliver & I am very disappointed with Amazon. This store should be fined & banned from Amazon.

For the past 3 days, I have been receiving messages stating that delivery was “attempted but no response from customer,” which is completely false. I was available at the delivery address at all times, and no one contacted me. Today, I received a call from the delivery executive, but the call got disconnected within 5 seconds. Immediately after that, I received another message again stating that delivery was attempted but there was no response from my side. I tried calling the delivery executive multiple times, but my calls were repeatedly rejected. When I called from another number, he answered and informed me that the “quality of the material is bad” and that he is returning it to the supplier. This is completely unacceptable, as it is not the delivery person’s responsibility to decide whether to deliver the product or not. I even informed him that I am willing to come and collect the parcel directly from the warehouse, but he refused and stated that since it has already been 3 days, the item must be returned today. When I requested him to deliver the package, he disconnected the call and blocked my number. On calling again from a different number, he behaved in a highly unprofessional manner, used abusive language, and even threatened me. Due to this extremely poor experience, I am now cancelling my other pending orders from Amazon as well. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I request immediate action against the delivery executive and ensure that my order is delivered without being returned.
