Worst servide of Amazon.in. My package of new mobile phone worth Rs 17k was not delivered as it was asked to be cancelled when called for delivery by my family member due to confusion with another order, but order status was updated as Delivered. when I contacted amazon.in they said since order status says delivered they cant refund money and they didnt even provide the contact details of the delivery agent. I havent seen such a worst customer care experience. It was my last shopping experience. This is 2nd such experience with them in 2 years. How can someone like them be such an irresponsible to their customer.
