I order 02 Books, at my Office Address, which is landmark in town, no body calls me, no body delivered the items and now the account says delivered back to sender and no money is refunded,
What is this, absolutely atrocious,
U cant log in complaint as there ia chat box which changed 05 associates in 27 minutes, the delivery staff is abd as the chat staff, in a job if one does this he /she would be fired, shouldnt be stop buying from them, we chase them for product and when product is not delivered for our money
