Makes sense when Amazon has hired an Aeronotical Engineer as a Customer Experience specialist who was too scared to even bother to reply back or direct me to the right contact. The more u understand their ‘ customer Centric’ policies the more you become confident about making a decision of not continuing with them. Their staff will surely take them down themselves. It’s a matter of time. As they say “A word to the wise is enough”. They have certainly lost my vote even as a long time prime member.
