#Amazon #fleecing the customers, taking advantage of #covid19 situation. I had ordered a product form Amazon India on March 22, 2020. Since the lockdown strated on March 23, there App said the product delivery suspended due to lockdown. On April 24 they chage the status saying that they had rescheduled the delivery for May 4, as customer requested rescheduling, although I never did it. On May 2 midnight they initiate the refund cancelling the order, once again without taking my consent, when they were aware that government is relaxing the lockdown. On May 4, Amazon says delivery possible to your pincode but now the price of the product is increased by Rs 800. Amazon India trying to tkae advantage of #lockdown and charge people more despite keeping the money for almost one and a half month.
