Item was not delivered.
Tracking said it was delivered to the resident... which Amazon said was an error and that it would arrive the next day. The next day a different Amazon employee later admitted this was not true, as it had been lost the previous day. There are currently literally 100s of incorrect Amazon parcel deliveries in our building complex (with concierge confirming dozens of items stolen), and Amazon is refusing addressing the issue. If I could, I would give 0 star.
