Bought a garmin fenix 6 watch
Bought a garmin fenix 6 watch. Give a delivery time slot to which i stayed in for, then for them to say it’s been delivered. No proof/evidence of delivery, which I know didn’t take place due to me staying in for it.
Spoke to customer services who state they need to wait 24hr to investigate then will call me back. Waited 24hrs no call back, phoned again only to be advised they need another day and if they are happy I haven’t received It I can claim a refund. The product as now gone up in price to which they won’t honour and send another one out. I even took insurance out which they can’t refund???????
