I waited right by the lounge wall ALL DAY for Not one but 2 DELIVERIES that FAILED to arrive. I complained when the delivery didn't arrive, they told me it would be by the end of the day. NO. The only security numbers were what I was sent to give to the FIRST Delivery that didn't arrive. After the second delivery failed I called again. I wanted it redelivered, THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT. AMAZON SAID NO. WHY AM I DEPRIVED OF MY DELIVERY FOR THEIR ERRORS??????
Well they have just LOST A SALE, I will buy it somewhere else, I's NOT FAIR that I AM TREATED LIKE THIS. The MAN DELIVERED BUT REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME BECAUSE I ONLY HAD THE NUMBERS FOR THE DELIVERY THAT FAILED.
I HAVE " DELIVERIES TO GO WITH WHAT I ORDERED, I'M HAVING THEM COLLECTED, YEP, they can collect but REFUSE to DELIVER.
WHAT A NASTY COMPANY AMAZON IS.
