I am disabled so I rarely leave my house. Amazon delivery just as rarely actually knock on my door with my parcels, rather they dump the packages in my small front garden right next to a busy walkway. The parcels get pinched regularly. Sometimes I get a refund from Amazon, sometimes not. I have asked them repeatedly to knock on my door (I always answer very quickly as I sit near to the door), but, no they just won't do it.
I have no choice but to use Amazon because I can't get to the shops, but their poor delivery service leaves me out of pocket.
