I've used Amazon now for around 6 years. Up until recently I've always been pleased with their service, but over approx the last year this has went seriously downhill!
The last problem I had involved recieving a damaged product, I know this can happen as couriers simply aren't careful. However, I called Amazon as soon as the product arrived, I was instructed that they would email me a returns label to take the return item to any local post office and that a replcement had been ordered by express delivery to arrive next day.
I visited 3 post offices, all of which told me that the label wasn't one of theirs. I then called Amazon back only to be told that the label was for a 'Pass my parcel' drop off and given a link to my closest store (which wasn't very close).
On top of that I had to contact Amazon 7 times regarding the replacement which did not arrive. Each time being promised that it would arrive the next day.
I finally spoke to someone who simply ordered a further replacement which I recieved next day. The original one still never turned up!
