Amazon consistently failing to offer next-day delivery for orders placed on a Friday or Saturday, even though my post code is eligible for this service and I am a Prime subscriber. Yet delivery is available on Saturday or Sunday for other nearby addresses!!
Customer service answered my emails regarding the problem - but never actually acknowledged it, claiming may be a stock availability issue. Obviously NOT a stock issue since I can change the delivery address to another address and get it next day.
Customer service now no longer engaging and are choosing to simply ignore my emails.
Advertising Standards Agency already looking at an enquiry into Amazon deliveries, and I shall co-operate with this.
Amazon claim "Your feedback is helping us build Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company." - I'd take that comment with a large pinch of salt!
