Amazon are still one of the cheapest online retailers around and their review system is top notch. I often visit Amazon first, even if I end up buying elsewhere. I get frustrated though with having to juggle orders to get free postage. It used to be a lot simpler, but since they brought out Amazon Prime you only get free postage when you buy £20 worth of their stuff. For that reason they lose a star. I also get tired of having Amazon Prime shoved down my throat during the whole shopping experience. "Only available on Prime!" "Pay us an extra £80 a year to get free postage!" "Try Prime for free (or click this tiny link to continue...)!" "Are you sure you don't want to try Prime for free?!" and so on, and so on, and so on.
