I can never find what I want in local shops, so I don’t bother, I just go straight to Amazon. I buy almost everything except food from Amazon. Delivery is excellent with cheerful, helpful drivers. Prices are always competitive. Seldom had to return things but, when I have, no problems whatsoever. Don’t remember ever having to speak to customer service. Highly recommend Amazon.
