I've been ordering for quite a while from this company. The goods a on the whole very good. One thing happened just a couple of days ago. I was due a parcel, it hadn't arrived. Used the tracking and found the courier still had it. Couldn't contact them, so asked Amazon to help. They thought the item was lost, full refund. The courier delivered. Contacted Amazon to tell them and stop the refund. Amazon answered please keep the item and the refund. Honesty still counts. Not because of this, I'll still use a quality company.
