Very poor. Offered me a too good to be true price on a Waldorf KB37 Keyboard (half the retail price) stating the product was temporarily out of stock. I didn't worry as the product is widely available and is still in production. I trusted Amazon to deliver. But no, after 3 weeks they cancelled my order stating the item was unavailable and they couldn't source stock. I sent an email of complaint. I asked them if they had tried to source stock from the manufacturer but they ignored the question (I guess because I can check that too easily and being honest is no longer their policy). They also wanted to ring me. I told them no, I wanted to deal with this via email so that I had a record of what was said. They went ahead and tried to phone me anyway, despite me telling them that was not the way I wanted to communicate. Of course the phone number was unlisted, so my phone automatically sent it to voice mail. And each time I emailed them, I got the same sort of copy and pasted stock answer. The people sending the email didn't really read my complaint and have offered no solution. They will not reinstate my order even though the product is widely available, and even available on Amazon by a third party. The real reason is that they never intended to fulfil the order in the first place. For some shady reason (probably to get rid of a third party seller) they put an advert out for a low price on product they never intended to get in stock in the first place. Temporarily out of stock means just that, expecially when the product is very much in production. I've order synthesizers from other retailers that were temporarily out of stock, and my order was never cancelled. If I had to wait a while and contacted the retailer I always got a reassuring answer from a human being not a robot, and those smaller retailers fulfilled their obligation and delivered what they promised. Amazon used to have great customer service when I signed up for them in 2004, but not any more. I've sent 9 emails and I'm still no nearer getting a resolution from them. Poor and shady service with robotic customer service emails. It's also now almost impossible to find an email address for them on their website (it used to be easy to find). I had to go onto live chat to find it. This is another sign of a company that has no interest any longer in customer service.
