The plugs are two pins not 3 pins uk standard this needs to be put on the product specification, as electrics and water do not mix relating to the lazy spa, returned the product and now has been lost, £630 + I have also paid £79 for returns. when the product is not to specification why is the ownership on the customer, also it is impossible to contact amazon and also the third party who sold the product emails no reply, no phone numbers.
