I used to enjoy shopping through Amazon, but now it seems like there is one issue right after another issue, shipping has gotten to where you don't know if the item is going to get there on the day it was supposed to be delivered, I lost being able to do reviews on Amazon because they told me I violated some policy, but they won't tell me which one, or if it's permanent, customer service has gotten to be bad, most of the time when you call customer service, you get a representative who might be able to speak English, but doesn't understand it, and now the truth is coming out about what Amazon has done to it's employees in the past, it's not the same Amazon as it was when I first started shopping there.
