Communications using the chat option was very good. I am hard of hearing and cannot use the Telephone.
The computer I received works very well and does what I wanted it to do, however, I did find out that the graphics card I chose does not optimise the capabilities of the CPU and if I had spent a bit more money on the graphics card, this would have allowed for any additional requirements I might have in the future.
