Great service. Always replies back to queries quickly and they are transparent on what goes on to the pc as you wait. Pc came in with all the correct parts with nothing wrong with it. Also the only thing that was bad about ordering from americanbuilds was that it takes quite a while for them to process the order. Mine taking almost 14 business days rather than the proposed 7-9 business days. Furthermore, one thing to be aware is that prices on the website fluctuate from time to time.
