I love American Tall, and a good portion of my wardrobe has the AT label. If there were ONE THING I would change, it's that they are good about lengthening the arms and legs, but especiallly for women there is also the need to lengthen the torso of sweatshirts & blouses proportionally. Typically, I wear a "tall" when it comes to arm length, and and "extra tall" in the body length which is awkward if the sleeve is not buttoned or cuffed.
