“This order was a gift for my 5'9" tall sister who is full bodied and has a difficult time finding long enough pants and shirts. As all catalogs have their own sizing idiosyncracies (despite their sizing charts) it took 2 shipments to figure out the following:
The Large Tall AT High Rise Yoga pants were perfect, as were the Large Tall AT After Practice pants--all high quality materials; INCONSISTENCIES: the Chloe High Rise Flare Jeans per sizing chart were HUGE; the Lrg Tall Open-Bottom Flannel Women's Pajama Pants in Sandstorm Plaid were too long. She will hem bc they are so soft & high quality. The blouses are a different matter: the Med Tall Long Sleeve Crinkle Women's Blouse in Steel Blue was PERFECT (44" GG bust). The Med Tall Relaxed blouses did not fit well--large in shoulders and underarms.
I will reserve comment on the return process until that transaction is complete.”

“I left some pants in my cart the first time I tried to return them, not wanting them because I was returning the same thing. Then I got this Email saying that I forgot something in my cart. The same dame pants I returned and not they want me to pay $9.00 to return.”
“I ordered two pair of pants on Feb 2 with expedited delivery as i needed them for a trip. I luve in upstate NY and they ship from Ontario. The next day, I was happy to get a UPS notification that my package would arrive on Wed the 4th. When I didn't, I checked back only to find it was hung up at the border. This went on for a week. No phone number to call. An AI chat bot or wait for a return email. Originally they said they would contact UPS. Fast fwd to next UPS notice and my package would arrive on the 13th but I would owe $82 in duties. I notified American Tall and was told they would take care of it. On the 13th my package arrived and UPS wanted $82. When I explained it was a mistake they returned the package to sender. A few days later I received a notification from American Tall stating my order had been delivered. Still have no pants and no answers. My advice, if you are buying in the US realize they are shipping from Canada and given the geopolitical climate, it seems like a gamble...... Good quality clothes but zero for customer service......”
“These shirts are good qualty, look nice and fit my long arms well. The stretch allows for comfort in the arm area and movement and they are long enough to not rise above the waist. I've repurchased the same two colors after the fabric started looking worn. Would purchase again.”
